These terms govern your use of StarkEdge at starkedge.in. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What StarkEdge is

StarkEdge is a market-scanning tool. Every evening it reads the official NSE end-of-day bhavcopy, runs scanners over it, and publishes the results as dated, frozen plans. It is an informational tool — it does not place orders, manage money, or tell you what to buy or sell.

StarkEdge is not investment advice, and we are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Output is derived from NSE end-of-day data and may lag or contain errors. Trading in securities and derivatives involves risk of substantial loss. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes that apply to you. All timestamps on the site are IST.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information when you sign up.
• One account per person. Keep your credentials to yourself.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service — automated scraping, sharing paid access, probing our systems, or anything in the acceptable-use section below.

Free and paid tiers

Today StarkEdge has a free tier. Paid tiers, when offered, will be described at the point of purchase — nothing in these terms promises specific features or pricing. What a paid tier includes can change; material changes to something you have already paid for will be communicated to you.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk downloading, or automated harvesting of the site or its data.
• No resale or bulk redistribution of scan output — the plans are for your own use.
• No probing, load testing, or attempting to bypass access controls or tier limits.

Intellectual property

The site, its scanners, and the derived analytics are ours. The underlying market data belongs to NSE. Nothing here transfers either to you beyond the right to use the site as offered.

Termination

You can stop using the site or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Provisions that by their nature survive — intellectual property, liability, governing law — survive termination.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of StarkEdge is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which today, with only a free tier, is zero. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the last change; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. For material changes affecting paid users, we will notify you by email.
